The Swede

This morning I took the bus to a small village outside the town of Tierp, called Gryttjom.
I had a scheduled skydive for 2pm. However, the weather was poor for jumping out of an airplane. Very cloudy. And so I had to wait for almost 4 hours before it cleared.
But man was it worth waiting for
I got really shaky when I finally was in the aircraft, knowing there was more or less no turning back. Not that I would have anyway.
And the fact that I was gonna throw my body out of the same aircraft. Sick sport!!
The guide was terrific, and he made the jump awsome.
We dived for 50-55 seconds before he pulled the chute, and then he did some tricks before landing safely on the grass.
This is something everybody should do before they die!! AWSOME!

Tomorrow at 2pm I am scheduled to skydive from an airplane with a parachute on the back. Or to be precise, a guy with a parachute on my back.
However, this will only take place if its not raining, and if the sky is not all filled with clouds. It doesnt look good today, but I’m keeping my hopes up. If everything goes well I’ll post the video of the jump tomorrow night, and if all fails(such as the chute doesnt open etc.) my brother can have my macbook pro

*NOTE: My sister was on the tele two nights in a row, and I missed it both times. She’s to be seen at the game show “Vem vet mest?”…ofcourse only in swedish. Watch the first of two shows here!
